D-CHECK is designed to monitor the right density of the glaze provided by the pump of the tank and to adjust automatically with water and/or to signal through alarm the eventual value's exit from the tolerance range set by the operator.
WORKING DESCRIPTION: The cycle will start when the operator will have manually fill the tank with the "heavy" glaze. At this point D-Check will start automatically to add water achieving the required density, with the possibility to check on the display the reached value.
D-CHECK will automatically provide to control and to display in continuous way the value of the glaze density, and if this value deviates from the Set Point over the tolerance value set up, automatically will correct it through appropriate addition of water and will signal to the operator the possible anomaly through an acoustic and visual alarm. D-CHECK will provide in automatic way to wash with water all the circuits and internal sensors in order to guarantee the maximum reliability over time.
Available for any kind and size of tank.
